Mrs. Luckett has over 10 years of educational experience in the Milwaukee, including service as math teacher, instructional coach, and summer school principal. If world class athletes and musicians receive top notch coaching, don’t teachers (and their students) deserve the best coaching too? We thought so! The HOPE Christian Schools theme this year is Have Faith. Take Action. As we prepare to welcome 3,000+ scholars back, we have gratitude for the 75+ educators who were ‘all in’ last week at New Hire Professional Development. Our school leaders have doubled down on the culture of coaching and practice and our new educators embraced the challenge to be as much of a learner that we ask our scholars to be. Every day our team got stronger in their faith and they had a coach at their side as they built skills in classroom culture and instruction. The collaboration and energy was amazing, and our team’s commitment for our scholars abundant. Momentum is strong and we know the hard work of our team now will make lifelong impact for our scholars. Special thanks to Doug and Riley of Simply Great Schools for coaching our coaches and the Arc of the Year framework. Do you want to become a world class educator?
