Laxmi had a fantastic time as a sponsor at the North York Diwali Fest, held at Mel Lastman Square on October 19th and 20th, where the South Asian community gathered to celebrate this special festival. It was a wonderful opportunity to share the spirit of Diwali with everyone, offering free samples of our Extra Long Basmati Rice and special Laxmi shopping bags. We were also honored to welcome Laura Smith, MPP for hashtag #Thornhill and Parliamentary Assistant for the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services, who visited our booth and shared her experience on social media. Visitors enjoyed the authentic flavors of Laxmi, while our Diwali TVC lit up the screens across the venue, creating a memorable connection with the community.
