Each week, her team manages billing for approximately 120,000–125,000 customer accounts and works to resolve questions and issues promptly to get it right the first time. With the Water Bill Improvement Plan, Stephanie and her team are working hard to make your experience easier, faster, and stress-free. On Wednesdays, we break out the pink! The city engages in a "Pink Out" throughout October as part of the City of Houston's #CombinedMunicipalCampaign. Team members are encouraged to wear pink as we fundraise for breast cancer awareness and research.

Jay is a Supervising Engineer for the City of Houston and oversees a diverse spectrum of water-related projects, which have received multiple recognitions and awards from the engineering community. He also actively serves as a member of the TAWWA Executive Committee. An avid traveler, he also devotes his time to volunteering with non-profits to design and construct projects with them.
