🏀🏆 The Best Shot, presented by Toyota Motor Corporation, brought 10 weeks of hoops and hype to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Houston! The Rockets and Toyota wrapped it up with a thrilling single-elimination tournament, where one team was crowned the 2024-2025 champ.

The Jumpstart Your Journey program continues to create experiences for HBCU students and equip them with the necessary skills to elevate their game. Alex James, a Freshman at Prairie View A&M University, shadowed Jerald Rogers with Rockets Social Media for a pregame experience. The Houston Rockets Jumpstart Your Journey program was specifically designed for HBCU students to equip them with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to prepare them for life after graduation.    Today, a Prairie View A&M University student in the Jumpstart Your Journey program shadowed Jessica Mikell, MPA, Director of Community Relations, for a game day experience.
