  • Turnaround season may be coming to an end, but we’ve still got your cleaning needs covered. In fact, we’re offering bulk pricing for bulk parts. Send us your scaffolding, flame arrestors, grates, filters and more to one of our off-site ultrasonic cleaning locations to be serviced. You won’t believe the difference we can make – just look at these before and after photos! Contact your local HPC representative for more info.

  • Our buddies over at Thompson Industrial Services, LLC are all about providing elite cleaning services, just like us. Have you heard of our EPIC® brand of finned tubed cleaning for heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) and industrial furnaces? It uses pressure-wave impulse cleaning energy to remove deposits throughout tube modules while reducing energy use and cutting overall project time in half! And because safety is our number one priority, our EPIC® technology doesn’t cause any damage to the mechanical integrity of the tubes, there’s no shock or indiscriminate blast impact to the HRSG structure and tubes will never be stretched or spread.   Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/eKWkj3De

  • We were honored recently with a with GoalZero award from LyondellBasell, at LYB’s 2024 Contractor CEO Safety Conference. The GoalZero program emphasizes health and safety, operational work practices, and contractor management, recognizing companies that completed the 2023 calendar year without a recordable injury. HPC Senior Vice President of Specialty Services Matt DeWitt and Senior Director of Health and Safety Tonya Stevens attended the conference and accepted the award on behalf of the company.

  • We’re in full swing with turnarounds and, as a company that’s been doing this for decades, we know what it takes to be successful. On top of being committed to safety, we’ve maximized efficiency – through equipment like our CTCS and padblasters – created customized tooling for site-specific needs and we’ve developed teams with the experience and knowledge to get the job done right. • Chicago’s own CM Punk may be the “Best in the World,” but our East Chicago team recently earned a WWE-style belt of their own. As part of our Latin X Employee Resource Group’s annual back school drive, the company holds a friendly competition to see who can collect the most supplies and our employees won! Numerous backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons and more were donated to the East Chicago Public Schools. “Giving back to our community is a responsibility we take to heart,” said Branch Manager Pat Oliver. “Knowing we were able to make a positive difference for some local children is reward enough...though the belt is sweet!"

  • The 2024 Southern California Timing Association Speed Week event took place Aug. 3-9 at the Bonneville, Utah salt flats, with drivers from around the world gathering for the chance to set various land speed records. Among the vehicles represented was the Wayne Jesel HPC Industrial Dodge pickup truck, driven by Jack Line. The truck ran speeds of over 200 mph, just shy of the record for its class. Jesel has already made plans to revisit the Salt Flats in September for the World Finals event!

  • Severe dehydration can lead to serious injuries or other health concerns, which is why our Clean Harbors incinerator sites have been using new portable saliva testing meters for more than a year to ensure workers are properly hydrated – and are pulled from duty if not, so they can cool off and drink plenty of fluids before returning to work. The meters, which provide quick and reliable digital results, have spread to other areas of the company as well, including to our HPC Industrial teams, field services teams, and more. Since the meters went into use, the number of “severely dehydrated” results has dropped by as much as 90 percent at some locations, and not a single heat-related injury from dehydration was reported last year.

  • HPC Industrial was well represented at this year's #CleanHarbors250, held at the Richmond Raceway on Saturday, Aug. 10. We met customers and race fans from across the country, gave away tons of swag, and enjoyed the thrilling race -- the final race of this year's NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series regular season. A few lucky fans even won once-in-a-lifetime NASCAR driving and ride-along experiences and Richard Petty signed memorabilia. Thanks to everyone who made the weekend so exciting, and congrats to ThorSport Racing No. 98 Ty Majeski for bringing home the checkered flag.

  • We now offer Eddy Current Testing, the latest addition to our inspection division! We know how critical this system is for examining and detecting potential flaws before equipment goes back into service, which is why we’re so excited to offer it to customers. It’s just one more service offering added to expand our suite of turnkey solutions.
