#HTICybernetics is shining the Employee Spotlight on Lucy Wegrzyn, Technical Specialist, for the month of August! 😀 🔦   Lucy has been with HTI for over two years and is part of the System Layout and Process Engineering team. Her role is to provide the documentation for the layout of General Assembly processes and communicate customer project requirements between multiple departments.   She has an #Engineering degree from Poland, and always wanted to continue her career in the technical field. “The biggest obstacle I have had to overcome, which has become my greatest accomplishment, is the ability to speak English on a level that has allowed me to continue my education here in the United States. I have been given the opportunity to be part of a professional and sophisticated work environment”, Lucy states.   A fun fact about Lucy is that she likes to cook and bake and hopes to open her own coffee shop one day!   Way to go Lucy!
