Our team is making impressive headway on the Devonwood Affordable Housing project in Merced, CA! Out of the five apartment buildings, three are fully framed, with roofing, rough plumbing, and electrical installations underway. The community clubhouse has completed stucco, with wall insulation and HVAC installations progressing smoothly. Foundations for the remaining two apartment buildings are also complete, with framing set to commence soon. Thanks to our team’s efficiency and commitment, we’re moving ahead of schedule to bring this 156-unit affordable housing community to life! Our team kicked off the concrete pour at 2 AM, working through the night to pour 783 cubic yards of concrete for the Dream Courts Sports Complex in Pittsburg, CA.
