Sweet mama Ravioli is only 2-years-old, but she clearly has had a rough life 🥺 Sadly, she was found tied to the fence of our shelter one morning 💔 And even though she has recently given birth, her puppies were not left with her 😔 We have no way of knowing all that she has been through, all we know is that she is exhausted and desperate for tender loving care 🙏 This sweet girl melts in our arms when we go in to see her. Ravioli deserves all the comforts of a loving home so she can recuperate and thrive. If you can adopt, or even foster her, please fill out an application ❤️ We are located in south Florida. Oh mama 🥺 Meet Lilly our Walk Wednesday Pet of the Week, brought to you by JM Family Enterprises. This sweet girl was found as a stray walking along Las Olas Blvd. Lilly is a loving 3-year-old who may be a bit shy at first, but once she trusts you, she becomes incredibly affectionate. She adores being petted, giving hugs, and sharing kisses. Lilly loves to chase toys and then settle down beside you for more pets and belly rubs. She seems unbothered by cats but can be a bit selective with other dogs, so a meet-and-greet is recommended. Lilly knows basic commands like “sit” and will be easy to train with her love for treats – especially peanut butter, bananas, blueberries, and pup cups! If you’re looking for a companion with a great mix of energy and calmness, Lilly is your girl! She would love to get adopted and attend the 2025 VCA Walk for the Animals! 💖 When you support our VCA Walk for the Animals fundraiser, like JM Family Enterprises, you are helping animals like Lilly receive proper care and find a loving home ❤️ Our Walk is happening on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Las Olas Intracoastal Promenade Park, in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The walk begins promptly at 9:00AM and registration begins at 7:30AM. Even if you've registered in the past, you will need to re-register for this year's walk. Head to www.walk4theanimals.com to register today! If you’re ready to adopt, please complete a pre-adoption application and visit the shelter. If you have any questions, call 954-989-3977 ext. 6 after 11 AM. ❤️ #walk #rescuedog #shelterdog #adoptme #adoptdontshop #humanebroward #fortlauderdale #florida #dogreels #reels #southflorida #miami #browardcounty #dogs #dogoftheday #dogsofinstagram #instadog #instadaily #insta #dogshelter #animalshelter #pittie #pittiesofinstagram #mutt #walkfortheanimals #walkwednesday

We love our senior pets! ❤️ That’s why our shelter does everything possible to help promote and bring exposure to the older animals in our care. We are so glad that Newsweek is helping us by bringing awareness to the older dogs at our shelter! Thank you for featuring our video from last month! We believe older pets can make for a wonderful companion because they are typically calmer and more laid-back than younger pets. The dogs are often already housebroken, and with an older pet, you know exactly what personality and size you are getting. They are so appreciative of the second chance you give them; their love is like no other! ❤️ Read the full article below… https://lnkd.in/epXfK9GM #rescuedog #shelterdog #florida #fortlauderdale #dogsoftheday #dogrescue #dog #dogshelter #animalrescue #dogs #animals #press #goodnews #pr #publicity #marketing
