Eli's expertise includes leading improvements for population health, revenue cycles, and data and analytics. Throughout his career, Eli has managed surgical supplies and scheduling initiatives for a community hospital that resulted in impressive returns while reducing supply and device waste. He has managed strategic planning and cost-saving initiatives for large health systems and directed technology and staffing enhancement projects that saved $10 million for a rural health system. André has nearly 20 years of experience advising healthcare organizations, investors, and creditors on developing and executing strategies that create value, optimize operations, and strengthen financial performance. His expertise spans a wide range of healthcare sectors, including life sciences, physician practice management, acute care providers, payors, and healthcare services, across private, public, nonprofit, and private equity-owned companies. Throughout his career, André has led numerous initiatives in corporate strategy development, operational assessments, performance improvement, and financial optimization. He has helped organizations navigate uncertainty, improve performance, and position themselves for successful sales or capital-raising processes. In addition to his work in performance improvement, André has extensive experience in transaction advisory, including executing M&A and financing transactions, conducting due diligence, valuation, post-merger integration, and cost takeout. He has also played a pivotal role in corporate turnarounds and restructurings, advising on secured and unsecured creditor matters, debtor advisory, and executing Section 363 asset sales. Before joining Huron, André held leadership positions at Alvarez & Marsal and FTI Consulting. His proven record of guiding organizations through uncertainty and complex financial challenges while driving sustainable results will be an invaluable asset to our team.
