Seeking an experienced LUXURY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT MANAGER for a Family Office in Boston. In this role you will be part of the Project Team, working closely with the Director of Residential Projects. Your responsibilities will include guiding principles through the design selection process, ensuring their vision comes to life through renovations and new build projects. You will be responsible for managing project budgets, creating summaries for invoices, decisions, change orders and timelines. Regular site visits will be required to oversee and manage the work on location. Qualified candidates will have five plus years’ experience in a similar role. Experience working with luxury residential and private service preferred. Salary up to $150k.
