At HyAxiom, Inc., we’re redefining clean energy with innovations like the Daesan Green Energy project, the world’s first and largest-by-product hydrogen fuel cell power plant. Since 2020, this cutting-edge facility in South Korea has been turning by-product hydrogen into clean, reliable energy—with zero emissions. Powered by 114 fuel cells supplied by HyAxiom, Inc. and Doosan Fuel Cell, the 50-MW power plant has the ability to generate up to 400,000 MWh of electricity annually— enough to power 160,000 homes, with the companies ensuring 20 years of full maintenance support. These fuel cells turn waste hydrogen from petrochemical operations into a clean power source. When the hydrogen reaches the plant, it interacts with oxygen, setting off an electrochemical reaction to produce both electricity and heat. Our fuel cell technology delivers both efficiency and sustainability, producing clean energy without emitting greenhouse gases or air pollutants. Additionally, HEPA filters purify the air, while the system’s reliability and higher energy density surpass that of solar and wind. Come along with us on this inspiring journey toward a cleaner, hydrogen-powered world. There is more innovative hydrogen news from HyAxiom, Inc. on the horizon! #Hydrogen #CleanEnergy #FuelCells
