We kicked off 2025 with our annual home office meeting yesterday! Reflection and intention were big themes of the day as we reviewed our progress and plan for even more exciting things in 2025. By owning and operating youth sport programs, i9 Sports franchisees immediately become an integral part of their local community and have the ability to impact thousands of young lives. Brandon and Kate Harper are the proud owners of i9 Sports Vancouver, WA. Brandon says he likes the work-life balance at i9 Sports and adds that, “Most of all I like the relationships that I build within i9 Sports. Just a few weeks ago I got awarded by a local high school. There were kids in the audience I’ve known since they were 5 because they played in our programs. We are proud to share that in 2024, we have seen an increase of young female athletes in our programs. With volleyball having the most overall growth, we have also seen growth in flag football, soccer, t-ball, tennis, and more. Overall, there was a 2% increase in the amount of girls playing in our youth sport programs. We look forward to creating more opportunities for young girls to get involved in sports. Our goal is to keep encouraging kids to try new things, find their passions, and help them succeed in life through sports 💪 #youthsports #girlsinsports #femaleathletes

It's been 21 years since i9 Sports started with flag football. We now offer youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics for an array of sports such as soccer, t-ball/baseball, flag football, basketball, volleyball, and tennis. With over 200 locations across the nation, our hope for the next year is to continue growing and bringing youth sports programs to as many kids as possible. #YouthSports is not just about athleticism, competition, and dreaming of achieving greatness. It's about teaching life skills to kids through one of their favorite activities. Sports teach leadership, determination, and teamwork. At i9 Sports, we call these sportsmanship values. We teach sportsmanship alongside age-appropriate instruction every week. We want to help build not just great athletes, but great people. Thank you to anyone who has signed up and participated in one of our programs in the last 21 years. And thank you to our national and local staff, Area Developers, Program Directors, volunteer coaches, and parents for helping us make a difference. We couldn't do it without you! 👏🎉

Imagine you are in the arena. The lights are dimmed. The music starts pumping. The public address announcer starts slowly. Now starting... a new i9 Sports franchise... from Middle Tennessee State University... a former i9 Sports basketball coach... Derrick Hamilton! A special welcome to Derrick Hamilton as our newest i9 Sports Franchisee (aka Area Developer) in Clarksville, TN. A lover of sports since an early age, Derrick's passion grew during his 2 years as a volunteer basketball coach with i9 Sports. Derrick shared with us that it was this time as a volunteer that drove him to pursue a franchise, writing it was "during that time volunteering, I witnessed values and a culture that was synonymous to my own beliefs within youth sports. As a result, I became very intrigued by the opportunity to develop an i9 Sports Franchise under such a great brand. I chose the Clarksville area because I noticed a desire within the community to have a larger youth sports presence. I am beyond excited to be a member of the i9 Sports family, and look forward to making a positive impact within the Clarksville community."
