Id Est Hospitality Group, based in Boulder, Colorado, was founded by Chef Kelly Whitaker in 2011 with the opening of BASTA in the Peloton apartment complex (where we have sister restaurant Dry Storage). In 2019, The Wolf's Tailor, which opened in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Denver, won Bon Appetit's Hot Ten Best New Restaurant 2019. Also in 2019, we opened #BRUTØ in Free Market in the Dairy Block.
