  • WHAT.A.DAY! We owe a HUGE thank you to the Morris BBQ Association for choosing IVI to be the 2024 beneficiary of the Rhythm and BBQ Festival! We had an awesome time today! Did you know this was year three of the festival and there were 40 competitors? This makes the festival the largest backyard BBQ competition in the state! The weather was perfect. We sold all 750 Traeger Pellet Grill raffle tickets, with the last 139 tickets sold on site before 1PM. All proceeds of the raffle go directly to our mission. The hard work and dedication of the clients, the staff, staff spouses, the familes , friends of IVI and board members who helped out today was insane. They started at 6AM, ready to work and didn’t stop until clean up was done at 5:30PM. Thank you to everyone who bought tickets and stopped by our info tent, we love meeting new people and sharing our mission. We hope the new friends we made will stop and see us sometime soon. The food was amazing, Goold Park is the perfect spot for the event. We will rest well tonight with full bellies. And lastly, thank you to the community. We are welcome in all spaces and receive so much love and support from Grundy County and the Morris community. #askmewhyivi #inclusionmatters
