We recently sat down with Selina Parrish of the Kentucky Bankers Association (KBA) to do a Vendor Spotlight Podcast. Our CEO, Milton Bartley, and our Director of Advisory Services, Sammi Jo Scott, provided an overview of how ImageQuest helps banks with areas such as #vendormanagement, #changemanagement, #riskmanagement, and #cybersecurity. We are an Endorsed Provider with the KBA, so yeah, you may be thinking, "Oh, it's gonna be so pro-ImageQuest." BUT Keith Perrin, Senior Vice President of Risk Management at First Southern National Bank, also joined us and spoke about his experience with ImageQuest. Keith spent ten years as a Commissioned Bank Examiner for the FDIC early in his career and another 27+ years in the banking regulatory environment. And here's part of what he says about his experience with us in this podcast: "Risk management in a $1.3 billion institution - there's a lot of ground to cover and a lot of things we have to address. And this is one area under that umbrella - I'm not going to say I can relax, but - I feel a whole lot better knowing that we have a whole team behind us that's done a lot of work on an ongoing basis - sometimes work I don't even know about. I don't know what I would do without you guys." Does your bank need help? Listen to this 23-minute podcast, then give us a call. We'll help you join Keith in sleeping better at night. https://lnkd.in/eVrusHpb #mssp #advisoryservices #managedIT

It's October ... and that means football! But wait - we're a Managed Security Services Provider (#MSSP)! And this is LinkedIn! Have we confused our Social Media outlets? No. This is Cybersecurity Month, when we security folks remind you of best practices to keep yourself and your organization secure. And one of the best ways to think about #cybersecurity is like a football coach. You need good defenses - but you also must have a good offense. Read on to learn how cybersecurity is like football in this article by ImageQuest's Jay Mallory. And, Go Team! #informationsecurity #advisoryservices #managedIT

Great time kicking off the NFL season in Cleveland. Got me thinking about why it is important to have a winning strategy for both a football game and keeping your organization safe from the bad actors.

We had a Tailgate Party last week! They say all work and no play isn't any fun - so ImageQuest's Cindy Fletcher and Savannah Ford, M.S. decided to add a little play. We have been growing and adding new folks all along. We also have a number of team members working remotely. So this was a chance to meet, greet, eat - and have fun together. We were encouraged to wear our favorite teams and eat lunch together at our Airpark Center location in Nashville. Jenga, Cornhole, Super Mario Brothers, and the game Axis and Allies were available. We also had prizes for best costume and best food contribution - which David Peacock and Josh Q., respectively, won. All in all, a fun break to recharge our batteries and get to know our colleagues a little better. Milton Bartley Matthew Turner Jay Mallory Damian K. We bet you probably have a plan for responding to security incidents on your network. But - have you actually tested that plan in a drill? We strongly recommend regular tabletop exercises to discuss what your organization would do in the event of an emergency, which is what a security incident can be. Just as first responders conduct regular drills, you should too. Our CEO, Milton Bartley, explains more in this short video!

Our Tracy Ramsay and Sammi Jo Scott attended Ncontracts #ngage2024 this week. The two-day event focused on the state of the industry and included sessions on AI, resiliency, and how to leverage data for strategic decision-making. The event was followed by educational sessions on Ncontracts products. Attending this event helps our team stay ahead of the curve in areas such as #vendormanagement and other regulatory requirements. #managedIT #informationsecurity #advisoryservices

Thank you to all our bankers willing to participate in this video!
Executive Vice President | Revenue Growth, Market Expansion | Cybersecurity | IT Compliance | Managed Services
What a fantastic year it has been collaborating with our partners at the Kentucky Bankers Association (KBA). For this year's annual conference, we were excited to create a 60-second video that highlights our commitment to community banks. We reached out to some of our valued clients for their insights, and we are immensely grateful for their participation. A special thank you to our friends at First Southern National Bank, Field & Main Bank and Farmers Bank and Trust Company for sharing their kind words and support! Your partnership means the world to us!

Do you know where your bank data goes? One of the latest requirements of regulatory examinations is having a Data Flow Diagram (DFD). It shows how information—client account data, business records, etc.— moves through your network and third-party services. A Data Flow Diagram can reveal surprises about where your data travels – and gaps where your security may not be as strong. At ImageQuest, we specialize in crafting precise Data Flow Diagrams that map and document data flow with accuracy and ease, ensuring your peace of mind as you prepare for your next examination. Let us guide you through this challenging process, click below to get started!

Great insights here!
Executive Vice President | Revenue Growth, Market Expansion | Cybersecurity | IT Compliance | Managed Services
I have spent most of my year attending conferences and it is a jungle out there if you are a buyer. How do you choose a partner to guide you through the maze of technology and keep your organization safe from the bad guys. Booth that has the best swag? I swear I would not be surprised to see someone offering pictures with a live monkey in a booth next year. Your head can certainly swim but simplifying this decision down to a few questions could be the answer.
How Do I Choose An MSP? You Don't.

"Modern MFA solutions are user-friendly and integrate seamlessly with daily workflows. It’s a small change that makes a big difference." By now, we know you've heard of #2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) or #MFA (multi-factor authentication.) Yet we STILL hear of companies getting data stolen because of a weak log-in somewhere in their networks. If your personal log-in habits still don't include a fingerprint, an authenticator app code, or a push notification, you need to read this. Improvements have reduced the hassle you may be trying to avoid. It's critical to lock things down in this time of elections and rogue nation interference. #informationsecurity #advisoryservices #managedIT

A password alone is like leaving your front door locked but the windows wide open. In today’s digital world, relying solely on passwords is like using a single lock to protect a treasure chest—it’s just not enough. I’ve just written an article titled “Locking Up Tight: Why Multi-Factor Authentication is Essential.” It’s all about how adding extra layers of security isn’t just a tech fad—it’s a necessity in our increasingly connected lives. Back in my Army days, we knew better than to guard a post with just one sentinel. We layered our defenses, and it’s high time we do the same with our digital assets. Are you still betting all your security on passwords alone? 👉 Read the full article below. Let’s fortify our defenses together. #Cybersecurity #MFA #MultiFactorAuthentication #ImageQuest
