Patients with primary immunodeficiency (PID) often face a difficult diagnostic odyssey with many ups and downs. Jorey Berry, President and CEO of Immune Deficiency Foundation, explains how immunoglobulin (IG) therapy can dramatically improve the lives of patients. IG therapy is the standard treatment for many PIDs and is recognised by the EU as a critical medicine. Countries should offer access to more types of immunoglobulin therapies so patients can get the best treatment for their clinical needs. https://lnkd.in/et25pc3t #IPAW2024 #PlasmaDonorsSaveLives #ThankYouPlasmaDonors #EUNeedsMorePlasma
