Incendium established our community on Circle 4-5 months ago as a long-term brand play. I'm still more interested in community as a marketing signal and I think that it gets baked into growth over time (kinda like SEO), but I'm pleasantly surprised by how quickly it's contributing to my sales meeting count. I attribute 10+ in each of the last two months to the community. One lesson here is that people are (not usually) reaching out to me directly with a message like "Hey I really think you're smart to establish a community, so would you like to take my money to do marketing?" (I don't think it works like that). That said, if you're looking for a list of warm prospects to follow up with, it's hard to find a better one. But you still have to do the work.
