🤔 What if AI could give us more time to focus on what really matters: our people? With AI taking care of more and more tasks for us, there’s a unique opportunity in front of us: the chance to invest in the human side of work—things like empathy, connection, and emotional intelligence. That’s exactly what our CEO, Jenn Graham, talks about in her recent article for CEO Magazine, "Investing in Emotional Intelligence in the Age of AI." 📖 Why is this so important? 👉 According to the World Economic Forum, emotional intelligence is one of the top skills for the future. 👉 Teams with higher EQ not only perform better, but they also build stronger, more trusting relationships. At Inclusivv, we’re all about creating environments where people can connect on a deeper level, feel truly valued, and thrive. By giving our teams more time for real, human conversations, we can create more civil and connected workplace cultures. Want to learn more? Thank you The CEO Magazine Global for publishing my piece on #EmotionalIntelligence in the workplace! TLDR: As the world leans on AI, we must double down on what makes us human. Over 66% of U.S. workers blame the workplace as their number one source of stress, having detrimental impacts on our health and wellbeing, and impacting how we show up with our families and our communities. But it doesn't have to be this way. The workplace should be a place where we refuel, where we find connection in an age of loneliness, and where we find meaning in a world filled with uncertainty. With all the advancements due to AI, saving us both time and money, we now have precious time available that can be dedicated to human flourishing. I hope leaders choose to make wise investments with this regained time and intentionally create opportunities for connection, understanding, and meaning. If not, they risk having their teams continue on the track of burnout. Proud to be working with leaders via Inclusivv to help shape what human flourishing in the workplace really looks like. We need it now more than ever. #EmotionalIntelligence #meaningfulconnection #empathy
Why #leaders should develop #EmotionalIntelligence in the #workplace as the shift to #AI frees up valuable time. #theceomagazine #inspiringthebusinessworld #leadership #business #lifestyle

Last night's Inclusivv Female Founders in Innovation Dinner was 🔥🔥🔥! Another incredible evening that will spark so much magic I hope we look back a decade from now and stand in awe of our growth. What else can you expect when you bring together THIS many amazing female founders, investors, and community builders in the same room? This year’s conversation focused how we grow together, rooted in resilience, as we strive to break boundaries, and level up as female founders. What better metaphor than the sequoia tree? A few fun facts about sequoias: ✨ They never grow alone. They grow together in groves ✨ Together they sustain high winds with closely intertwined roots ✨ They share resources and communicate through underground networks ✨ They only release their seeds under extreme heat (🔥🔥🔥) allowing new growth to be born in fertile soil with plenty of sunshine and room to grow. Like sequoias, female founders transform our “fire moments” turning crisis into opportunity. We share our resources and knowledge with others, and receive care from a supportive ecosystem, rooted in resilience. This allows us to withstand the headwinds of uncertainty, and lack of resources. We know what it means to be resilient, and we were born to reach new heights. We had giants among us last night. Those like Jennifer Bonnett, Kim Seals, Allyson Eman, Kathryn O'Day, Anne F. Kennedy. Those who’ve been through fires and are helping to seed the next generation of female leaders. And we were blessed with new founders, fresh on their journey and fired up with the confidence knowing they have a supportive ecosystem to reach new heights. COMMUNITY IS EVERYTHING. And as we closed out the night… “Silicon Valley may have capital, but Atlanta’s got CONNECTION.” Here's to growing together. 🥂 THANK YOU to so many who made this Female Founders in Innovation Dinner possible. Invesco US — Thank you for the stunning venue, happy hour and team to make this possible. Thank you Gwendolyn Smith, Andy Blocker and Donie Lochan!
