🌟 Investing in women isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s the smart thing to do. Research shows that female-founded companies outperform their male counterparts, generating more revenue per dollar invested and driving long-term success. At Incora Health, we’re proud to be a part of this movement, creating solutions for women’s health that are innovative, impactful, and profitable. 📈 Our CEO, Lindsey Calcutt, PhD, was featured on the Female Founder Panel at the Women’s Venture Connect in New York yesterday, discussing the power of investing in women’s health. With only 2% of venture capital going to female founders, we believe it’s time to change the narrative. 💰 Companies led by women—especially in health—are uniquely positioned to drive growth, solve real problems, and create lasting value. At Incora, we’re not just building a business; we’re shaping the future of women’s health through wearable technology that’s clinically backed, user-focused, and designed for women by women. Join us! Women deserve better. 👏 Did you know that only 4% of healthcare R&D efforts are targeted specifically to women’s health? Despite comprising half of the population, we are still fighting for equal investment in solutions tailored to our unique biology. The lack of understanding in how diseases affect women differently — and the limited data on women-specific health issues — are just examples in how our unique needs are often overlooked. We’re here to change that. On this Women’s Equality Day, we highlight our mission and invite you to join us in pushing for the change that women deserve. 💌 Share this message and help us amplify the conversation. #WomensEqualityDay #HealthForHer #InvestInWomen #FemTech — Data source: McKinsey Health Institute

Take a look at these two graphs side by side. What do you see? A major difference. 👱♂️ Male Hormonal Cycle (24 hours): Men’s hormones cycle every 24 hours—testosterone spikes in the morning, providing a burst of energy and focus, then gradually declines throughout the day. It’s consistent, predictable, and aligns with a daily routine. 👩🦰 Female Hormonal Cycle (28 days on average): Women’s hormones, on the other hand, follow a 28-day cycle through four phases—menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal. Each phase brings unique shifts: one phase might increase energy and creativity, while another calls for rest. It’s a dynamic, ever-changing rhythm. 🔄 Why does this matter? All wearables and health trackers on the market today are built around the 24-hour cycle, leaving women with insights that don’t align with their body’s natural rhythm. At Incora, we’re changing this. We’ve built a solution specifically for the female cycle to help women sync their lifestyle and thrive according to their body’s natural rhythm. #FemTech #CycleTracking #MenstrualHealth #WomenInHealth #HormoneHealth #CycleSyncing #WomensWellness

Great ideas often start with a spark of inspiration — and sometimes… inside a minivan. 🚐 Meet Theresa Gevaert, our co-founder and inventor of the Incora earring. Theresa is a mother of four, a former broadcast journalist, and a passionate advocate for redefining women’s health. “For years, managing my fertility without hormonal birth control was a challenge. Using the temperature method meant waking up every morning at the same time, using a thermometer before doing anything else, and manually logging the data. I knew there had to be a better way.” Inspiration struck one day while driving to buy a minivan for her growing family. What if a thermometer could be integrated into the post of an earring? This earring could automatically record temperature during sleep and seamlessly send the data to an app, making menstrual cycle tracking effortless. With this groundbreaking idea, Theresa reached out to Lindsey Calcutt, PhD, a PhD in biomedical engineering with over 20 years of experience in medical devices. Lindsey saw the potential immediately, and together, they embarked on an exciting journey to revolutionize women’s health monitoring. Today, we proudly present Incora Health’s stylish earrings, which go beyond just tracking fertility. Our patented technology makes it easy, accurate, and fashionable to monitor your whole health based on your unique menstrual cycle. #founderstory #femtech #startup
