    🫨 Trauma … your Customer Experience team holds it for your customers and your company (not to mention themselves and whatever life throws at them on a personal level) I want to give back and give 5 CX / CS professionals a spa day.     Shop with me and my CX brain on TALENTLESS - I’m dying to get my order 😍 The full audit is on my YouTube channel, linked below! I loved their site and their selection - the cart experience was fun and made me spend more 💸 cause I NEEEDED my mystery gift. I love a good surprise. 💡 Some common themes while doing these front end CX Audits are mostly around the “set it and forget it” parts of Ecommerce. Coupon codes, email flows, auto discounts — it’s hard to keep up with it all and no site is perfect. My CX self wants to fix it allllll. Don’t get me wrong though, I miss lots of things, I make mistakes but one of the reasons why I love customer experience is that you can listen to your customers and dig in and fix it all! If something’s off, you’re customers WILL tell you. Loveedddd the site experience and I can’t wait to get my package! Great job, Talentless team!
