Infirmary Health is the largest non-governmental health care system in the state of Alabama. It serves an 11-county area of south Alabama and north Escambia County, Florida, with 700 active physicians on the medical staff and more than 6,500 employees. Infirmary Health welcomes, Max Rogers, MD, obstetrics and gynecology physician. Dr. Rogers will provide care to patients at Infirmary Health’s newest clinic Delta OB-GYN, located on the campus of North Baldwin Infirmary in Bay Minette. As an OB-GYN, Dr. Rogers will care for women in all stages of life. In addition to general gynecologic services, Dr. Rogers will care for expectant mothers in the clinic and during labor and delivery at North Baldwin Infirmary’s award-winning birth center. Dr. Rogers was born and raised on the Alabama Gulf Coast in Mobile. He was commissioned into the United States Marine Corps and after graduating from the Virginia Military Institute he became a fighter pilot, flying F/A-18 Hornet Strike Fighters. Dr. Rogers earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He has provided obstetric and gynecologic care to the Southern Alabama region for more than 30 years. Dr. Rogers is the chair of the Alabama State Board of Medical Examiners.
