We have some big news to share. ShiftRx has raised $3.5 million in seed funding. This is a major step towards our mission of solving the healthcare provider shortage in the U.S. As former healthcare providers ourselves, we've seen firsthand how nearly half of the current workforce is planning to leave their positions within the next year. We knew something had to change. Our goal from day one has been simple: build something that eases the burden on healthcare providers and lets them focus on what matters most – patient care. Burnout is real, and its impact reaches far beyond just the healthcare industry. It affects every one of us as patients. This funding, led by Work-Bench with participation from Inflect, Tau Ventures, Opal Ventures and others, will help us grow our team, expand our reach, and continue innovating. We're particularly excited about demonstrating how AI and machine learning can create a smoother staffing experience. To our 2,000+ providers AKA “shifties”, investors, partners, and everyone who's been part of this journey – thank you. Your support has been crucial in getting us to this point. We're just getting started. There's a lot of work ahead, but we're committed to shifting towards smarter staffing and a better future in healthcare together.
