We had an incredible live case at NICOSIA GENERAL HOSPITAL in Cyprus with Gentuity HF-OCT technology. During our case, we utilized OCT to diagnose SCAD (Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection), treated calcified ISR with Shockwave after identifying an MLD of 0.8mm, combined scoring and DCB for ISR treatment, and pinpointed landing zones on rupture plaques to avoid geographical miss. Key features included limited contrast usage per pullback, full vessel imaging (100mm), and lesion morphology assessment on tight ISR without preparation.
