A big congratulations to Gary Gillen and his team on leading the engineering, design, and programming efforts that attributed to a successful factory acceptance test (FAT) for this BMS that will be applied to a large multi-burner utility boiler. Additionally, another exceptional job by Lupe Meraz our panel shop supervisor, and his team on completing the integration of this large control panel with high quality! Well done team!

The scope included programming for an Allen Bradley ControlLogix redundant PLC system as well as a Purge & Fuel Safety system. HMI programming utilized AB FactoryTalk SE on two operator workstations and one industrial panel mount monitor. Panel fabrication included a large, three bay, Master Logic Cabinet measuring 196.25” W X 86”H X 24” D. Project I/O count was over 1,000 points. Congratulations to the ICS programmers and panel shop technicians on another successfully executed project! #allenbradley
