Insight has been consulting, coaching, training and speaking to an influential list of American, multi-national and international organizations since 1994. Insight's approach is designed to impact organizations on three levels... strategies, processes and people. Strategically, Insight's work involves goal development and alignment with the organizations stated or discovered success factors. Procedurally, Insight looks to process improvement initiatives that drive efficiencies, accountabilities and effective behaviors and skills within the ranks of executive and line level Management. Lastly, Insight works collaboratively with clients to develop and train their employees to be successful within this framework and execute against the strategy. Insight is best known for establishing trust quickly and gaining buy-in to initiatives with groups and individuals. Aside from the ability to impact strategies, processes, skills and behaviors, and get teams to excel collaboratively, Insight understands the nuances of "moving" individuals, teams, and organizations toward their vision.
