  • 𝐉𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐜𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐫𝐞, a Help Desk Analyst on our Medical Marijuana Project Team, lives with Larsen Syndrome - a rare genetic disorder that affects bone development. Thanks to Team IMPACT, Inc., a program that matches children facing serious illness and disability with college athletic teams, Jorden has been involved with the Saint Francis University (PA) men’s basketball team since 2014. Jorden, or “J-Money" to the Saint Francis University community, has been integral in establishing the program’s culture. Jorden’s influence for the past decade led to the Red Flash winning the 2025 Northeastern Conference tournament, which qualified them for their first NCAA tournament since 1990. Jorden has inspired people across Pennsylvania, and on Pennsylvania Avenue - where he received his high school diploma from President Trump at the White House! • Health issues prevented 𝐑𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐜𝐢 from reaching his goals of earning an English degree from Saint Joseph’s University and building a career in his family’s business. Through the PA Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and JEVS Human Services, Ron earned a computer skills certification, and then built a career in customer service at InspiriTec - a career he embraced. Ron spent most of his career on projects that serve among the most vulnerable Pennsylvanians: Welfare to Work as a Customer Service Representative for about ten years, and Affordable Care Act (ACA) Consumer Services Center as a Quality Assurance Analyst for about eight years. After nearly 22 years of dedicated service to our organization, we recently celebrated Ron’s retirement. Ron, his partner, and our colleagues came to the Philadelphia office to recognize his long and successful career with us, and to wish this musician well in his next “keys of life.” Ron’s send-off included a cake, a gift, and a plaque - presented by Terrence Barr, Facility Security Officer (FSO) and one of the few people who has worked at InspiriTec longer than Ron! “𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘛𝘦𝘤 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘰𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳,” Ron says. Ron certainly gave us so much good work, help, and expertise for over two decades. Congratulations on a legendary career and a well-deserved retirement! #retirement #inspiringworkthroughtechnology #customerservice

  • March 2025: Happy 25th Birthday to InspiriTec! My how you have grown! As of: March 2000 - 1 employee March 2010 - 47 employees; 35 professionals with disabilities March 2020 - 613 employees; 439 professionals with disabilities March 2025 - 1,114 employees; 901 professionals with disabilities Over 25 years you have had 5,238 employees of whom 3,633 have been professionals with disabilities. I am so proud of our many colleagues, customers, benefactors, board members, and friends, past and present, who have brought our mission to life serving professionals and veterans with disabilities. “Magis”, is the Latin for word “more.” The Ignatian concept for it is “doing the more, the better, the greater” not only for ourselves but for God, others, and each other. The InspiriTec family truly lives “Magis”, for which I am so grateful. Here is to 25 “magis” years! – John #inspiringworkthroughtechnology #silverbirthday #disabilityemployment #magis

  • Despite nearly a half-billion dollar investment from the federal government, most eligible students with disabilities are unaware of pre-employment transition services (Pre-ETS) available to them. Only about 10 percent of eligible students across the country received some kind of Pre-ETS in 2023, with Iowa in first around 40 percent and New Jersey in last around 2 percent, according to The Hechinger Report. • Amy Rannabargar, an InspiriTec Team Lead on our ACA project, was leaving the Eagles parade with over 1 million fans last Friday when she found what seemed to be an abandoned Eagles retro jacket with a note taped inside: “𝘐𝘧 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥, 𝘋𝘖 𝘕𝘖𝘛 𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯. Watch Amy’s interview with 6ABC Philadelphia here: https://lnkd.in/eGZMMeif Amy will frame the current note, write a new one to tape inside the jacket, then release the jacket into the next Eagles Super Bowl championship parade! What a find for both Amy…and InspiriTec - who appreciates her care and support of our mission. #philadelphiaeagles #eaglesparade #superbowl #inspiringworkthroughtechnology #disabilityinclusion
