Our Affordable Care Act (ACA) Consumer Services Center, based in Philadelphia, recognizes 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧 for her leadership on our team! Shirley joined ACA (and InspiriTec) in August 2021 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), and rose to a Team Lead and Trainer! She demonstrates 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞, 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦 while assisting callers and colleagues. Shirley’s work is essential to the continued growth and success of the ACA project. Her education of CSRs improves performance and preserves institutional knowledge, so we can support Pennsylvanians who inquire about and apply for medical and food benefits offered by the PA Department of Human Services, AND employ people with disabilities in meaningful work. Shirley, Congratulations on your accomplishments, and Thank You for your contributions to InspiriTec! #employeeappreciation #inspiringworkthroughtechnology #customerservice

Customer Service Week, held annually the first full week of October, is an international celebration of customer service professionals. This year’s theme is “Above and Beyond.” InspiriTec goes above and beyond for our colleagues - most of whom have disabilities - which allows us to go above and beyond for our customers! We had fun events and giveaways planned throughout the week for our colleagues, with the goal of promoting healthy habits, entertaining, and recognizing outstanding customer service performances this past year. We hope you enjoyed, InspiriTec team, and Thank You for your hard work! #customerserviceweek #inspiringworkthroughtechnology #aboveandbeyond
