We are dedicated to providing hands-on, real-world experiences for students through our internship program. Our program allows future professionals to immerse themselves in the medtech and biotech industries, contributing to meaningful projects that drive innovation. It is also a wonderful way to help retain local talent by connecting them with companies right here in Hampton Roads. Lauren, an ODU engineering student, recently graduated from our internship program. Her time with us reflects the importance of internships in providing valuable learning experiences for both the students and our team. #Internship #ODU #HamptonRoads #MedTech #biotech

Our employees are at the heart of everything we do. Every year, we take a close look at our benefits, listen to our team's needs, and assess the broader community landscape to ensure we're providing the best possible support. With the increasing doctor shortage and long wait times for appointments, we recognized a gap in healthcare access that needed to be addressed. That's why we built an on-site clinic and invited Bryan R. Fine, MD, MPH to be our on-site doctor, available to all employees and their families. We want to make healthcare more accessible and convenient for our team, so they can focus on what they do best, creating products that ensure patients around the world receive their biological therapies safely and effectively. We're proud to partner with Percentric to plug this gap in healthcare and take another step in our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our employees. #Healthcare #OnsiteDoctor #EmployeeBenefits #BestOutcomes

Instant Systems is dedicated to making a difference in healthcare and delivering the best outcomes for all patients. We honor National Minority Donor Awareness Month and recognize the critical role of diversity in tissue donation. #NMDAM2024 #BestPatientOutcomes
August is National Minority Donor Awareness Month (NMDAM), a collaborative effort to save and improve the quality of life of diverse communities by creating a positive culture for organ, eye, and tissue donation. Why is NMDAM needed? 60% of national transplant waiting list patients are from multicultural communities. The need for donation and transplant is more pronounced in minority communities where disproportionately higher rates of diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease contribute to organ failure, especially kidney failure. You can find resources to share and read more about NMDAM at nmag1.org and DonateLife.net. 💙💚 #DonateLife #NMDAM2024 NMDAM is a collaborative effort of the National Organ, Eye and Tissue Donation Multicultural Action Group (NMAG).

Last night, a group of amazing volunteers from Instant Systems Inc. joined forces with the Rotary Club of Norfolk to support All District Reads, a nonprofit dedicated to putting free books into the hands of every child in Norfolk Public Schools in K-5. We had so much fun labeling thousands of books for the upcoming fall season, ensuring that more children will have access to the joy and knowledge that comes from reading. Supporting literacy and education is something we’re passionate about at Instant Systems, and we’re proud to contribute to this vital work. Huge thanks to Smartmouth Brewing Co., LLC for hosting us, All District Reads for their dedication to the future of the children in City of Norfolk, VA and of course gratitude to our fantastic team of volunteers for their hard work and enthusiasm. Together, we’re building a brighter future for the children of Norfolk, one book at a time. #InstantSystems #AllDistrictReads #GivingBack
