ICYMI: We're celebrating our fifth anniversary! 🎉 In just five years, we've made significant strides to get 485,000 employees access to debt-free education. That number’s only going up! In this time, we've spoken with leaders from hundreds of companies across a number of industries. We noticed a common theme: there’s a huge gap between the workforce that these companies currently have and the workforce they need. Many are trying to bridge this gap with traditional benefits packages and tuition reimbursement for education programs. But this isn’t enough. There's a more sustainable way forward, and it starts by empowering employees through education programs tailored to their company's goals. That's where InStride comes in. ▶️ Watch our latest video to learn more about how we're shaping the future of workforce education and development! #InStride #WorkforceEducation #EmployeeDevelopment #EdTech #TalentManagement

🤖 AI can analyze data, predict trends, and streamline tasks—but it can't replace the power of human connection. "While AI is transformative in many respects, it doesn’t possess the capability to fully comprehend or manage human emotions, an element that is vital for leadership, teamwork, negotiation and customer service," says Michelle Westfort Ed.D, Chief University Officer at InStride. The future of work isn’t just about mastering AI—it’s about blending tech skills with emotional intelligence to drive real success. Ready to equip your team with both? Is AI anxiety taking over our workforce? InStrider Nisha Smales shares a startling insight: 42% of workers now fear losing their jobs due to GenAI, a 6-point increase from last year! Without proper education and training, workers are left feeling anxious and unprepared for the future. 💬 How are you prioritizing upskilling to empower your workforce and alleviate this “AI angst?" #InStride #AI #Upskilling #WorkforceEducation #EmployeeDevelopment
It's "Future of Work Wednesday," where my team (the Workforce Solutions team at InStride) shares an interesting nugget on the FOW. Here's what we're thinking about today: 42% of workers now fear losing their job due to GenAI (+6pp from last year). Interestingly, those who use GenAI regularly are more likely to fear job loss than non-users (49% vs. 24%). Is this because regular users better understand AI’s potential, or because workers who are anxious about AI are more likely to adopt it? Perhaps both. Either way, this "AI angst" is understandable, given the uncertainty around: who will be impacted, how much change is coming, and how quickly it'll come.
