Our latest consumer survey report on Public Opinion on Attorney Involvement in Insurance Claims, highlights a growing public sentiment that the legal landscape, particularly in personal injury auto claims, is significantly influenced by attorney advertising. Sixty percent of respondents indicated attorney advertising increases the number of auto claims, up from 55 percent from a previous IRC survey conducted in 2021. Fifty two percent of respondents feel that attorney advertising increases the cost of their auto insurance, a rise from 45 percent in 2021.
