With the end of 2024 in sight, how are you feeling about your ability to meet & exceed your 2025 goals? Do you have the skillset AND mindset to get there? Your ability to achieve your goals in 2025 hinges on the quantity and quality of the conversations you're having with customers and whether those customers feel like you're adding value and addressing their critical problems vs. just pushing product. 2025 dates are being scheduled for our Open Enrollment versions of Integrity Selling, Integrity Coaching, and Integrity Prospecting. Our first Integrity Selling workshop will be held January 21-22. Facilitated by our Jim Ryan. Full details and to register below. Selling doesn’t have to conflict with your values. Time’s running out to reach your 2024 revenue goals and build early momentum for your 2025 pipeline. How can you create more urgency with buyers?   Many of what appear to be slow decisions are actually a case of buyers sticking with the status quo — the decision is… no decision at all. Is it indecisiveness? Or did you get lost in the shuffle of other priorities, fail to connect frequently enough (or in enough ways), or convey lukewarm value that hasn't been enough to spur them to action? Let’s look at some specific ways you can get to the root of the issues, make faster headway in this complex sales environment and create greater urgency (without sacrificing relationships or value creation). https://lnkd.in/ezJKzeZj #salestips #customerengagement #salestraining #salesleadership

One of the most effective ways a salesperson can break through the noise, establish their credibility & authority and engage a prospect is by freely sharing advice or insights about emerging trends or common industry challenges. Show your value & stand out as a trusted resource not by talking about yourself or your products' features & benefits but by delivering insights that educate and help someone think differently and consider new, better possibilities. #salestips #Sales #Customerengagement #thoughtleadership

Building a customer-centric culture is more challenging than you might initially think. But every organization has the ability to build a strong customer-centric culture- and it doesn’t have to be complex. The business environment is never static. The economy and specfici industries inevitably goes through cycles that will create tailwinds- or headwinds- for any organization. But there’s one thing that propels successful organizations through the external ups and downs that are largely outside of their control: building and maintaining a customer-centric, mission-driven culture. A company that puts the #customerexperience and satisfaction at the core of every decision and activity, has a customer-centric culture. Employees know that customer satisfaction is the responsibility of everyone in the organization. They support the #sales team to enhance customer interactions. The company also seeks and acts on feedback from clients and shares it with the team to increase personalization of the customer experience. Customer value must be defined on THEIR terms, which means you can’t build a truly customer-centric culture until you understand what matters most to them. While pinning down "customer-centric culture" to tangible actions isn’t always easy, by defining the culture in terms of how the mission creates added value for customers, you can begin to add clarity and link it more directly to the daily actions of your people. Culture is about people, not plans, structures, and systems. Strong cultures must be self-sustaining to succeed; they can’t be mandated. They rely on each employee’s commitment to practice customer-centric behaviors every day. Everyone in your culture must believe in the clear connection between the distinctive values of the culture and how they make a substantial difference for your customers. Once that happens, you have something pretty powerful. The focus on the customer can be counted on regardless of external factors. Every company has a choice to make, but if you don’t do it, keep in mind that your customers just might choose to align with your competitors! #customersatisfaction #customerloyalty #customerengagement #companyculture

Leaders can no longer just command the behaviors they seek. They must instead take actions to try to influence it — a very different conclusion from the top-down, command-and-control image of traditional leadership. https://lnkd.in/ea-m-bAE via SmartBrief #workplace #employeeengagement #employeeexperience #companyculture

Every time your customer service team interact with a customer, they are influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Whether they drive future business or drive business away ultimately depends on how they view their job. "Selling" is a word that comes with plenty of baggage... Unfortunately, training and internal processes often end up reinforcing this mindset about what it means to sell. With a primary focus on traditional selling skills and processes that emphasize “pushing products” over solving problems and building relationships, the lesson learned is that sales is something you do TO the customer, not FOR them. Why does this distinction matter? Your service professionals have the customer’s ear. They have a unique vantage point for uncovering opportunities, building long-term loyalty, and reinforcing your brand and a strong competitive advantage. But to be successful, they need a new mindset about what it means to sell. Sales skills and product knowledge are helpful, but without a realignment of attitudes and beliefs, it will be an uphill battle. Imagine if your service professionals described their jobs not just as, “I’m here to serve customers” but also as “I can serve customers better by identifying additional needs they may have.” This extension of “what it means to serve” customers is something most people in service roles can get on board with. And it’s also the foundation for bridging the gap between service and selling. #CustomerServiceWeek #CustomerService #Sales #salestips #salestraining

At Integrity Solutions, we believe that improving sales performance hinges on creating #salestraining experiences that better engage and meet the needs of today's sales professionals & managers. That is why we've spent 2024 reimagining both our video and print learning materials. Our print-based learning materials have been reimagined to support better sustainment and learning in the flow of work. Designed with an exceptional user experience as our standard, we've redesigned our print materials to maximize their strategic value and application to learners during AND after our engagements. Our clients have told us that when it comes to print materials, less is more – and we’ve responded with a departure from traditional, bulky “classroom” materials in favor of a streamlined, strategic Participant Guide and Job Aid that can be easily referenced in the flow of work—either when prepping for a high-stakes negotiation or in the moment on a customer follow-up call. This resource is an essential value-add, as it supports learner sustainment and personal accountability by providing a simple resource right at your fingertips. Whether you've trusted your sales #TrainingandDevelopment to Integrity Solutions for years or are new to partnering with us, a new year is just around the corner; don’t wait to set your salespeople and your business up for lasting success. Achieve big results in 2025. Unlock #sales performance…with Integrity. #salesperformance #salesleadership #Sales

Differentiating on service isn’t just a smart strategy for growth; increasingly, it’s a survival strategy. In a world where customers have more options available to them — and more ways to vent frustrations publicly — you can’t afford to drop the ball on excellent customer service. In fact, exceptional customer service is more than a functional role; it’s a purpose, rooted in a culture and an understanding of what it means to be truly customer-focused. Being customer-focused goes far beyond just about what you do; to be part of the fabric of your organization it’s also about your attitudes, values, and beliefs. And it’s what sets apart some of the world’s most successful and resilient organizations. #CustomerService #CustomerServiceWeek #CustomerExperience #growthstrategy
