It is long overdue to announce that Intellix Solutions, LLC has completed a very important project with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the University of California San Francisco. We were engaged to extend the Stopping Elderly Accidents, Deaths, & Injuries (STEADI) program into the Inpatient discharge space. With the collaborative efforts of our partners, we collectively designed, developed, and fully deployed an admission through discharge evidence-based falls screening and risk stratification program. The risk-based interventions were assigned at discharge and readmission injury due to falls was evaluated.
