Igniting the power of community
About us
Interfaith Outreach is led by a vision of the community it works to build – an attentive, responsive, inclusive community where all are welcome, where everyone counts, where family life is valued and supported by all, and where all children are cherished and provided opportunities to become all they can be. Since 1979, Interfaith has successfully partnered across community sectors and systems – with thousands of volunteers and donors, communities of faith, businesses, corporations, school districts, health systems, civic and community groups, local government entities, and local media – to lead, rally and ignite the power of a caring community to respond to need in times of crises, to remove barriers that marginalize families and kids, and to create opportunities for all to thrive. Mission To engage the heart and will of the community to respond to emergency needs and create opportunities for all to thrive. Vision To build a vibrant community where everyone counts and all sectors and systems work together for the good of all.
