We drive voice technology that elevates your customer engagement & automation through AI 🤖| 🌍 YTILI Fellow | 🚀 CEO @Voiceagenten | 🏆 Amazon Alexa Champion | 🤖 LLM & Prompt Engineering Expert|
𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 (𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲) 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗼𝘀... 🧘🏾♂️ I've been in Charlotte on business for over a week now. Thanks to YTILI | Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative and American Councils for International Education for making this possible. And what can I say so far: there is simply 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 going on here. There's 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 to see, you're one step ahead of technical developments, everyday working life is 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 dynamic. 🤩 And business networking is a completely new (positive) experience compared to Germany. 💁🏾♂️ But there'll be an extra LinkedIn post about that in the days to come. 👀 All in all, I really like it here. I've already: ▶ visited breweries ▶ got to know various co-working spaces (Hygge Coworking and Do Greater, Inc. | Do Greater Creative Labs) to see if there's anything as great as “my” Impact Hub Stuttgart ▶ and I've been to the GACC South - German American Chamber of Commerce of the Southern U.S., Inc. regulars' table & met the great Hans Heinrich Hilgenstock there, who brought this group together and is very strongly networked with an inspiring community.💡 ▶ I also went to a Carolina Panthers football game on Sunday. 🏈 I don't want to claim that I already know all the rules, but for the first time I at least had a bit of an overview... 😂 The fact that things are going so well here is certainly also due to the fantastic support from Alexandra Buckman, who organized everything super well for us with the International House, made contacts and arranged our first week in Charlotte so that we could arrive here well and feel comfortable right away. Thank you for your positive attitude and the way you look after us! 👏🏾 And when I talk about us, I mean my co-fellows Bernadett Polya and Helene-Terese Jürgenson, with whom I am together in Charlotte and with whom I am developing my entrepreneurial personality here. 🎯 I never thought I'd be living in a shared flat again at the age of 35, but I'm having a really great time with you! And the house is great anyway... 😍 But something sad has also happened, namely that an incredible hurricane raged through North Carolina (and other states) at the weekend. People here tell me it's never been this bad. Fortunately, we were not directly affected (apart from a power cut), but what happened a few miles away made me think and very sad. 😔💔 #YTILI2024 #StateDept #ExchangeOurWorld #voiceagenten #transatlantic

Igor Gorlatov met Mariya Boikova at an International House Charlotte fundraiser last week, and what started as a casual conversation turned into an exciting opportunity. Mariya, who moved to the U.S. at 13, has a background in competitive college tennis and now manages a $2.9Mn NIH-funded research project. She’s eager to bring her clinical research expertise and immigrant perspective to the entrepreneurial world as an advisor. At Advisory5, we believe advisors don’t always fit the traditional mold. Some come from large organizations, like Mariya, equipped with deep expertise in NIH grants and clinical operations. These professionals may not see themselves as startup mentors, but their knowledge and networks are invaluable to health tech founders. Mariya is now ready with her onboarding materials and excited to dive into her first venture! Co-Founder of LooHoov | E-construction Services & Innovation Project Manager | YTILI 2024 Fall Alumni
Last Sunday wrapped up the first week of the YTILI | Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative Fellowship – WHAT A START! 🚀 Taking part of the Denver Startup Week as a casual attendee gave me the chance to fully focus on the event. It’s fascinating to experience how such events are organized on the other side of the big blue 🌊. From hearing Mike Johnston (Mayor of Denver) and Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn CEO) discuss AI to sessions on leadership and founders' realities, it’s been an inspiring experience. One key takeaway from a session ''Evolving as a Leader'' said by Kristin Taylor, really got to me: "To evolve as a leader, you must listen, relax, and open up – be present and pay attention." Following that advice, I discovered the true highlight of my first week – connecting with the 48 international fellows, learning about their entrepreneurship journeys, groundbreaking startups, and NGOs. Special shoutout to Joe Kapp, Tina Metzer & Lisa R. Delman, M.A. from the National Center for Resource Development - NCRD for all of their insightful workshops, providing us with strategic tools and actionable solutions to tackle real-world business challenges. The upcoming 4 weeks I will reside in Charlotte collaborating with International House and exploring the local entrepreneurship scene with my co-fellows Paulos Mesghina & Bernadett Polya. Super excited for my fellowship @Envision Charlotte, focusing on innovation and sustainability in urban environments. 🌱💡 #YTILI2024 #StateDept #ExchangeOurWorld #DenverStartupWeek

Project Coordinator | Proactive Problem-solver | Planning & Organizing | Go-to Resource MISSION: Do meaningful work. Make meaningful connections. Contribute to the greater good.
Worth the wait! Last night was a memorable celebration of international foods, stories of struggle and success, and encouraging messages of how much we can accomplish when we work together towards a common purpose. One of the speakers related that International House is built like a table where everyone is welcome. When the table is full, more leaves are added to make room for everyone. What a beautiful image! To honor that message I want to celebrate all of my table mates from Table 23! Fellow volunteers and staff who do meaningful work with a smile and made me feel very welcome last night.
