Effective student housing for #highereducation students requires collaboration. We recently partnered with the National League of Cities and International Town-Gown Association to conduct a student housing survey spanning the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. “The U.S., Canada, and the U.K. have a recognizable student housing shortage. This deficit is outpacing the capacity of local governments, developers, and financial institutions to meet the expanding community needs,” says Senior Principal and Global Higher Education Leader Stuart Rothenberger, AIA, LEED AP.
