About us
InTouch Med Supply is an accredited national supplier of urologic, ostomy, and wound care products to Medicare, Medicaid, and Private insurers in both the adult and pediatric populations. InTouch partners with providers and payors to eliminate care gaps by removing the traditional challenges associated with at-home supply ordering. After receiving a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis in 2018, Founder Lance Marquardt created InTouch to help others overcome the challenges he encountered with his own medical care. He launched the organization with the goal of making the process of obtaining medical supplies easy and seamless.
