I think many of you saw the announcement that MGX invested in Binance this week. MGX is a collaboration between Mubadala and Inveniam's investor G42 (https://lnkd.in/gbpUnrCU). Note, this investment was made in Crypto, we saw Mubadala in the market acquiring Crypto, and Binance has been talking about Real World Assets ("RWA") for some time (https://lnkd.in/gzAKcu3H). At our announcement with G42 at Abu Dhabi Finance Week with Cushman & Wakefield (https://lnkd.in/gfSD29YB) we talked about real time surveillance of assets to drive price discovery in private markets allowing us to launch the worlds first derivatives platform for Real Estate in ADGM(https://lnkd.in/g7pBjiJh). For anyone who has ever done a zoom call with me, while I am in my home office you have seen the pictures below on the wall behind me. The first picture is a picture of my Grandfather who was the head of NATO and Commander in Chief Armed Forces Europe at the time. On his way to that job he was a Physics professor at Westpoint, was the head of Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), and was in WWII and the Korean War. In Korea he was in charge of the Artillery Battalion at the Battle of Pork Chop Hill. Because he was on a plateau and was communicating with the troops via radio on the hilltop for the first time in military history, artillery was used tactically to defend troops because of constant radio contact with the front line throughout the battle. When he went to DARPA he wrote a paper for his "vanity project" that constant global communication would give the US a decisive strategic advantage. He referred to this as "global instantaneous communication" that would change the world. Today the ability through Inveniam to have global instantaneous contact with an asset at the edge, deliver AI to its data systems, with out the asset owner leaking their data as they use new forms of intelligent Agents will transform Private Markets. Innovation and transformation doesn't follow a straight line. 1) Observation leads to insight, 2) Insight leads to vision, 3) Vision leads to creation, and 4) Creation leads to revolution. The arc of innovation doesn't bend in only one direction only, for every transformative technology, there are forces fighting to maintain control of the old systems. The next iteration of Capital Markets is coming, and it is decentralized. AI with attribution and context, permissioned intelligent agents, with proof of origin, state, and process of data will power the trading of Private RWA. What an amazing week at Abu Dhabi Finance Week. We were able to announce our partnership with G42 and Cushman & Wakefield at the ADGM Chairman’s Boardroom in Abu Dhabi. Our new partnership underscores Abu Dhabi’s strategic focus on accelerating AI adoption and positioning the emirate as a global financial and technological leader. I’m thrilled to be attending Abu Dhabi Finance Week at the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) this week. It’s no secret that the UAE—and ADGM specifically—has quickly emerged as the epicenter of innovation in AI-driven finance. The forward-looking mindset here is palpable, and it’s the perfect environment to share how we at Inveniam are transforming global capital markets. At Inveniam, we are revolutionizing the way data is leveraged in private market transactions. By using cutting-edge technologies and transparent data validation tools, we’re helping investors, asset managers, and stakeholders rely on accurate, trusted data—ultimately creating a more efficient, liquid, and accessible marketplace. Abu Dhabi’s audience is not only receptive but also remarkably ambitious. The openness to new ideas and technologies is accelerating the region’s role as a global powerhouse for financial innovation. I’m excited to be part of these discussions, to forge partnerships, and to contribute to a future where private market data fuels growth, unlocks value, and sets new standards for global capital markets.

...and there it is. It's my understanding that this is the first of several announcements in this collaboration. Who would have thought that a permanent, large-scale, transparent data set would have good synergy with programs constantly hungry for data? Certainly not our esteemed[sic] SEC Chairman. But at least Coinbase and Anthropic do! Expect to see a lot more Blockchain x AI collaborations in 2025. Expect to see Inveniam leading the way, as usual. But expect many, many companies to follow.

Good morning from Abu Dhabi. This is my 22nd trip here this year and we are excited to make a series of announcements this week. Next year we will have a huge permanent presence here, but hopefully I will be able to spend more time with my family in Ann Arbor and less on planes. All of these announcements are around the future of Private Market Assets trading digitally which is made possible by a convergence of multiple advanced technologies The digitization of private market assets is not about a single breakthrough—it's the convergence of multiple powerful technologies working in harmony. To fully realize the potential of these assets, we must embrace the integration of four critical paradigms \(containing many technology advances\): Distributed Ledger Technology \(DLT\), decentralized data, artificial intelligence \(AI\), and distributed compute. These technologies represent the culmination of the rise of cloud computing and subscription-based software models, but their true potential is only unlocked when they work together. They will work together as 2025 is the year of Agentic Solutions, or agents that go and get the data and deliver it to where it is needed, but these agents need to prove where they got it, this is Proof of Origin of data. DLT ensures secure and immutable record-keeping at the edge, we refer to this as Proof of State of data, decentralized data offers enterprises the abiltiy to automate their data operations as they own and fully control their data on prem with real-time, tamper-proof information able to be delivered. AI drives intelligent decision-making and the ability to deliver automation and pattern recognition to structured and unstructured data, this requires Proof of Process of data. Distributed compute able to be delivered to enterprise clients as they have total data sovergnity is transformational and this powers these processes at scale across a global network. For private market assets to be administered in a truly distributed and efficient manner, all four of these elements must be seamlessly integrated. Any solution that focuses on just one of these components without weaving them all together will fall short of delivering the user experience and outcomes that investors and the industry will demand. This isn’t just about technological innovation; it's about collaboration across these technologies to create a unified, fully distributed system that can meet the complex needs of the modern financial landscape. The future of finance lies in this collaboration, and those who can harness it will set the standard for the digitized economy. Are you prepared to embrace the full potential of digitized private market assets? @[G42](urn:li:organization:14598162) @[Core42](urn:li:organization:20800) @[Presight](urn:li:organization:73976860) @[Cushman & Wakefield](urn:li:organization:4060) @[Microsoft](urn:li:organization:1035) @[Ingram Micro](urn:li:organization:2576) @[Rialto Markets](urn:li:organization:152...

Bridging the gap isn't just our logo at Inveniam—it's our entire mission. In the world of real-world asset (RWA) administration, two extremes stand apart: 🚀 Tokenization maximalists: "We created a token representing this asset worth this amount because we say so. We're just a tech provider. No transparency, no oversight. Buyer beware." 🏦 Traditional finance giants: "Blockchain? Oh please, not another one of these guys. Don't have $100M minimum? You don't exist. Profiting off arbitrage and inefficiencies is our game." We're here to bridge that divide. 💡 We transform data into actionable insights. 🔗 We unlock underlying asset value. 🌐 We merge the innovation of DeFi with the rigor of traditional finance. We're telling tokenization maximalists: Professionalize. Offering securities without proper information isn't good enough. We're urging traditional finance: Adapt before it's too late—the meteor is coming, and the dinosaurs don't see it. 🦕🦖 ☄️ Our mission is to make this evolution seamless for everyone. Check out my thoughts from a recent podcast where I dive deeper into how we're bridging these gaps.
