The #AN/TPS-75 Air Defense Radar System remains the backbone of the US Military's Air Defense Capability. Regrettably, the OEM no longer supports these systems, however TSS Solutions does. TSS has supported the #USAF and the TSP-75 system for years. TSS repairs the old OEM components, redesigns and manufactures replacement components when #DMSMS prevent repair, and TSS has developed a comprehensive #SLEP program to increase the capability and extend the useful life of this workhorse for decades to come. While the TPS-75 will eventually be replaced, the #TPY-4 #3DELRR is facing continued delays. The US must invest in the #TPS-75 radar to protect our war-fighters today. NORA antennas seem to become the default solution for air surveillance radar in the (near) future. Or should we omit the brackets around the word near? 🎯 More and more radar manufacturers recognize the benefits of Non-Rotating Array antennas, for both, primary and secondary surveillance radar. 🎯 NORA antennas can be offered at a similar price as traditional rotating LVA or parabolic antennas, but they are far more reliable and have integrated power amplifier electronics. 🎯 For SSR, NORA antennas can be connected to the commercially available interrogators. 🎯 Hooking it up to an NGSP Next Generation System Platform, NORA provides features and detection performance that outperforms traditional ASR configurations. On the rooftop of Intersoft Electronics HQ and R&D facilities, three different NORA systems are being tested.
