Education is the key to empowering girls and providing them hope for the future. In India, millions of girls are still denied the right to learn, facing barriers like early marriage, gender discrimination, and limited access to schools. Yet, when girls are given the chance to learn, they thrive- transforming not only their lives but also their families and communities. Let's continue to root for the girls, and advocate for every girl's right to an education. Together, we can create a brighter, more equitable and just future. #education #girls #india #hope

Spotlight on Sponsorship🤍 We reached out to long-term supporters, Ken and Anne Batt, to hear why they became active members of our Child Sponsorship program. "When we were introduced to the overwhelming need that many girls in India have, and the incredible work IGP is doing there, participation was not a question. What an incredible blessing and honor to assist, in a very small way, with Child Sponsorship! We have been humbled by the trusting reliance and contentment demonstrated by the sponsored children, as well as the grateful spirits of those being blessed by our collective support. It is beyond humbling to realize that the offering we present is so small in comparison to the need, and embarrassingly small, in comparison to our collective resources; yet it represents life-changing opportunities for the recipients. Keep up the good work, IGP family!" Thank you, Ken and Anne, for your long-term support of our mission and vision at IGP! We are encouraged by your partnership, as together, we seek to end female gendercide in India. #childsponsorship #hope #education

Every girl deserves a chance to thrive. In India, millions of girls face barriers that prevent them from accessing education and opportunities for a better future. Equality isn't just a goal—it's a necessity. Through our partnership with you and our team on the ground, we help break down these barriers and empower every girl to reach her full potential. When girls are given the chance to succeed, entire communities flourish. #empowergirls #education #equalopportunities

Did you know that last year alone, IGP sent 1,043 girls to school in India? With the help of our partners and our strong community, girls were given the resources they needed to thrive as students. They received new school bags, pencil boxes, uniforms, shoes, and books. Additionally, we welcomed 33 new girls into our Child Sponsorship in July! Over the next two months, we will protect even more girls, and provide for them by enrolling each girl into our program. Are you interested in receiving more updates? Are you interested in partnering with us to make a lasting impact in the lives of girls? You can empower girls to pursue their dreams by providing them with the resources they need to study hard and complete their education. Educating girls is one of the most rewarding aspects of the work we do. In 2023, we were able to send 99 girls from our Child Sponsorship program to college! These girls, who came from vulnerable backgrounds and were rescued by our partners, entered our Child Sponsorship Program. With our support, they were able to continue their education at a higher level, giving them the hope of one day providing for their own families. Want to get involved? "One child, one teacher, one pen, one book, can change the world." Ensuring our rescued girls receive the education they deserve is a top priority at IGP. By providing them with the necessary resources, we empower them to embrace opportunities that might have otherwise been out of reach. With kids going back to school in the United States, this week we are focusing on IGP's emphasis on education to bring about equality for girls in India. Stay tuned for more! We want to hear from you! Give a 💕 in the comments if your kids have returned to school. #education #girls #girlsrightsarehumanrights
