Day 1 at AHR Expo Orlando kicked off with an early 7am start at the Women in ASHRAE breakfast. Connecting with exceptional women set the tone for the day as I explored the expo next. A highlight of the day was leading an engaging panel discussion on "The Importance of Male Allies for Women in the Industry," put on by the International Network of Women in Cooling (INWIC). The impressive collection of male and female panelist's provided inspiring personal experinces and insight, making it a pretty impactful session. The day continued with the traditional "INWIC partners" dinner, where I enjoyed the company of esteemed colleagues and friends. The evening concluded with the crazy fun of the "Influenced" house party 🥳 , hosted by Service Business Mastery Podcast, Online Access, Inc., Rival Digital, and Abbott Family Insurance. It was truly a full day! 🙃 😮💨 #AHRExpo #WomenInASHRAE #INWIC #IndustryEvents #onlineaccess

This month, I had the honor of representing International Network of Women in Cooling (INWIC) at REFCOLD India 2024 in Kolkata, India. 🌍 🇮🇳It was an unforgettable experience being in India for the first time, where I connected with inspiring individuals and made valuable new friends, particularly the incredible women of the Women in Ishrae group. 🌟 During the event, I delivered a presentation highlighting the significance of women's groups in our industry, bringing my signature "passionate" style to the discussion which I'm not sure they were not prepared for. 😅 I'm grateful to Vishal Kapur for his exceptional hospitality throughout our visit. 🙏❤️ Thank you for making our time in Kolkata truly memorable. #REFCOLDINDIA #WomenInCooling #Networking #IndustryEvents #Kolkata #INWIC ISHRAE Kolkata ISHRAE Yosr Allouche, Ph.D sheetal Bhilkar Reema Kothari Yogesh Thakkar Sonali Dutta Nivedita Jadhav Debashree Dinda ( She/Her) Sonali Dutta Jayanthi Nagarajan Soumi Roy
