Over the years, livestreaming has become an integral part of gaming, bringing players, fans, and creators together. Its influence simply cannot be overlooked, with almost 50% of Gen Z and millennial gamers discovering new games based on recommendations from streamers. Last week at #CES 2025, Logitech G’s Streamlabs unveiled a groundbreaking Intelligent Streaming Assistant, powered by technologies from Inworld AI and NVIDIA. Leveraging multimodal AI and agentic frameworks, Inworld AI transforms the Streamlabs Intelligent Streaming Assistant into an interactive co-host, expert producer, and technical assistant. Building this tool didn’t come without its challenges: streaming is live, unpredictable, and fast-paced. An interactive co-host needs to be able to seamlessly integrate into the flow of a livestream, offering timely and contextually relevant input that enhances both the creator’s performance and the audience's experience. This involves juggling multiple priorities: adapting to real-time changes in gameplay, engaging the audience with dynamic commentary, and complementing the creator’s vision for the stream.  Here’s how we made it happen: Multimodal Input Processing: Vision models from NVIDIA ACE and perception models from Inworld AI capture and process multiple streams of input such as gameplay, audience chat, or streamer audio. Contextual Reasoning: Inworld AI synthesizes these inputs into a coherent understanding of what’s happening in the game, such as analyzing the game map to identify strategic opportunities, assessing player status, and evaluating historical performance to make recommendations. Adaptive Output: The assistant tailors its commentary and recommendations to the stream’s flow. From suggesting strategies mid-game to delivering quippy commentary in intense moments, it keeps the audience entertained and engaged. The Intelligent Streaming Assistant represents a new era in interactive, real-time content creation, powered by generative AI.
