"I am an industrial chemist with 20 years of experience in the ink market. My career began as a quality control analyst, where I evaluated raw materials for inks and varnishes, laying the foundation for my expertise in the industry." 🔹 What do you enjoy most about your current role? "I take great pride in contributing to the professional growth of those who work alongside me. I find it fulfilling to help others reach their full potential." 🔹 What do you like most about working for INX? "I appreciate the practicality and dynamics of our operation, and above all, I value the opportunities it provides for both professional and personal growth." 🔹 What are your hobbies? "I serve God as a worship ministry leader and play the bass at church. Serving God is the most important aspect of my life, and I will do this for the rest of my rich life with Christ." 🔹If you’ve traveled abroad, which country did you like the most and why? "My trip to Chicago in 2022 was my favorite trip. I saw the heart of INX's R&D, which is something I had been looking forward to since I started with INX."

Jobs can often be saved by running aqueous coatings or overprint varnish. Probable causes: 1. Ink contains too little drier for the substrate. 2. The substrate is too acidic, resulting in slow drying. 3. Ink film is too thin because the ink strength is too strong. 4. Fountain solution pH is too low. 5.
