Our mission is to serve and advance the HR discipline in the state of Iowa by promoting a connection between SHRM, local chapter members, and Iowa businesses that positively impacts our communities. Our vision is to be Iowa's HR leader promoting advocacy, resources, collaboration, and unity among local chapter members and Iowa businesses. The Iowa SHRM State Conference is one of Iowa’s best and most well-known industry events for HR professionals. In partnership with Iowa SHRM and SHRM national, we work to provide knowledge and opportunities to individuals within this profession. Join us as we navigate through all of life’s human resources situations and connect with like-minded individuals who have been there before. Learn about our statewide initiatives, our various chapters, and how you can contribute to the future of human resources.
