Mark’s influence extends beyond his technical expertise. He has been a mentor and a guide, patiently sharing his knowledge and helping others on the maintenance team hone their skills. His leadership and willingness to go the extra mile have not only improved our processes but also empowered his colleagues to grow and excel in their roles. Through our award-winning Creator Incubator program, we collaborated with 66+ creators, including 16 major influencers, and 50 talented micro-creators. Together, they crafted 242 posts that reached 5.5M and delivered an impressive 25x ROI!  🙌 The real magic of “Glam-O-Ween” lay in our approach: in the spirit of a creative partnership, we empowered creators to bring their ideas to life within Artistry Driven, Viral/Pop Culture, or Last Minute themes, sparking a diversity of Halloween looks that were both fresh and authentic. 🎃 "Glam-O-Ween" was not just an activation, but a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and community. The event was a sensory journey led by Commodity’s re-Founder Vicken Arslanian and renowned perfumer Nathalie Benareau, who hosted a cocktail-inspired Master Class alongside Manhattan Mixology. Our IPSY creators and members were at the heart of this memorable experience! This collaboration truly showcases the power of our partnership, leveraging IPSY’s full spectrum of capabilities across Creative, Community, Creators, and Content: 🎨 Creative: IPSY envisioned a “Mini Masterclass Exploring the Senses,” a unique concept crafted to immerse and engage our audience. 💫 Community: We invited 6 lucky community members to this unforgettable event through an exclusive IPSY IG Broadcast giveaway. 👩🎨 Creators: IPSY Creator Partnerships secured 25+ talented creators, who along with their guests, got the chance to experience the masterclass firsthand. 📸 Content: Our Social team was on-site, capturing live moments and bonus content from this buzz-worthy event—resulting in 45+ social posts from our community with an incredible 3.8M reach!
