MILL-4-FEED square small 06 high feed insert features 4 positive cutting edges. The new FFQ4 SOMW 06 inserts can be mounted on different milling cutters such as MULTI-MASTER, FLEX-FIT, and cylindrical endmills shanks. SOMW 06 offers 3 geometries for machining diverse materials including steels, super alloys, and materials with high hardness up to 65HRC. By using the 06 inserts on different milling cutters, machining time is reduced compared to traditional tools.

LOGIQ 6 TURN – Triangular Turning Insert Iscar developed a triangular insert featuring a corner angle of 55° with 6 cutting edges. The positive rake angle and advanced chipformer is specifically designed for semi-finish and finish applications on standard TNMG holders. The positive insert has free cutting chipformers which reduces cutting forces and harmonics. It is available in a variety of external and internal holders with different angles and pinpointed coolant to the cutting edge.

ISCAR Swiss Back-Working Tools Iscar introduced a new modular system for the back working tool-posts on Swiss machines for turning, threading, drilling and boring. The system offers precision height adjustment, with a range of ±.016” and includes internal coolant channels directing coolant flow to the cutting zone for longer tool life and greater chip control. Iscar offers a large variety of base plates for multiple machines make/models and heads for multiple OD and ID operations.
