It’s #employeeappreciationday so I’d like to celebrate and appreciate my iSHIFTx partners, supporters, advisors, team and #SHIFTStarters who have accelerated our #growth to #makeSHIFThappen!! We are team of #leaders who came together collectively, when I created this #tech #startup from the ground up, just 3 short months ago.💨 And within this short period of time our team and startup has accomplished so much. I’m so grateful and honored to add #WINNING the esteemed CodeLaunch Accelerator 🏆Judges Top Choice🏅to our list! Together we built a brand. We found its voice, promoted, connected and created #experiences to engage you, our friends, colleagues, networks and supporters on various social media platforms— we are BUILDERS. We had a litany of checklist items, requirements, deadlines, tasks, meetings and assignments to complete, scripts to write, videos to record and produce — we are DELIVERERS. ✅ We met in offices, houses, coffeeshops, and co-working spaces. When we weren’t face-to-face, we tapped into remote collaborations - by phone, by Slack, by Discord, by Zoom, by Google Meet, by email and text — we are ADAPTIVE. We unplugged. We hosted breakfast, walked in parks, visited new cities. We laughed. We recapped. We enjoyed wine 🍷 — we are REFLECTIVE. We made new friends. We extended our help, access and networks. We attended and hosted events and conferences, connected with others and grew our team — we are FAMILY. We increased velocity and went full-throttle with momentum. We engaged our LinkedIn tribe, with #executives, with #Fortune500 clients, with #entrepreneurs, with interested prospects and supporters. And you liked, commented, shared and reposted in support and celebration of our efforts. We built websites from scratch, got drafted by the best team of software engineers in #Houston and we launched — we are LEARNERS. Through an AMAZING partnership with Blue People we launched an entirely brand new #tech product and tested the hell out of it. We created a podcast to discuss #change, #challenges, and the #SHIFT that #leaders face in the #multigenerational workplace — we are #INNOVATORS. 🚀 We built the plane while flying, invested in equipment, #software, hardware and platforms, all while learning how to use it. We made rough drafts, revisions, and updates and had customer support, consultants, and designers on speed dial — we are INTENTIONAL. We celebrated Christmas, New Year’s, birthdays, and cross-country trips to drop kids off in college. As our Female #Founder made history as a #WomeninTech closing out the #leapyear and #BlackHistoryMonth, we celebrate kicking off #WomensHistoryMonth with the honor of our team #iSHIFTx #WINNING 🏆JUDGES’ TOP CHOICE🏅for #CodeLaunch 2024 — we are VICTORIOUS!
