Daniel Mullins, PhD, Executive Director of the PATIENTS Program and the Editor-in-Chief of ISPOR’s journal, Value in Health, on leading The University of Maryland School of Pharmacy in receiving nearly $10 million in federal funding to conduct research to improve health equity in Baltimore and beyond.
