Let’s celebrate Mario Romero Orta, a cornerstone of ITG for over 12 years, whose journey mirrors the growth and expansion of our company itself. Starting as a field technician in December 2012, Mario quickly demonstrated his prowess, managing residential and commercial customers. "From fulfilling regular to commercial customer requests, I’ve seen the full spectrum of our field operations," Mario reflects. Under his leadership as a Residential Field Supervisor for Comcast in South Florida, his team became a standout group when HIC was implemented back in 2016. "My team was the best at South Florida during that crucial period," he proudly states. As the first Commercial Supervisor for ITG, Mario spearheaded the commercial team's creation, driving exponential expansion and leading the successful implementation of smart office installs across South Florida. His efforts didn't go unnoticed; he received a letter of acknowledgment from Comcast directors for his excellence in service. Beyond Florida, Mario's expertise has been pivotal in supporting ITG's nationwide projects, from construction in Kansas to underground projects in Waterloo, Iowa. Currently, he is instrumental in the Gigapower project in Minnesota. Reflecting on his impact, Mario shares, "I've always told my techs that we have an excellent opportunity to be close to our community and learn from them. I have taken advantage of that opportunity at every turn." Mario’s story is not just about personal achievements but about fostering a culture of excellence and growth at ITG. His journey from the fields of South Florida to strategic projects across the U.S. illustrates the vast opportunities ITG offers to those willing to lead and innovate. Join us in applauding Mario Romero Orta for more than a decade of exceptional service and leadership. His dedication continues to inspire and propel ITG forward. #Leadership #CareerGrowth #ITGCommunications #EmployeeSpotlight #TelecomIndustry

Today, we spotlight Heikel Lezcano, who marks over 12 years with ITG, charting a path of exceptional growth and leadership. Starting as a technician in 2008 and rising to the challenges of leadership at ITG, Heikel’s journey is a testament to dedication and vision. Heikel reflects on his rise through the ranks, "After three years as a technician, I was promoted to supervisor and eventually became an Operations Manager for the Hialeah Office, overseeing 120 techs. My journey didn’t stop there; I took on the role of Area Manager in Jacksonville, helping to expand our market reach." A pivotal moment in his career was a lesson in leadership from Guilherme Elias, now President of ITG, who taught him the importance of treating employees with respect to foster a better business environment. "That day changed my approach to leadership – focusing on training, coaching, and rewarding our team," Heikel recalls. Beyond his professional achievements, Heikel found personal joy and built a family within the ITG community. "I found my love here at ITG, and together we have two wonderful children. From arriving in the U.S. from Cuba in 2007 and learning a new culture and language, to leading significant market expansions, my journey has been nothing short of transformative." Heikel’s advice to newcomers is clear: "Work hard, and embrace the opportunities ITG offers. It's about doing it right and growing within the company." As Heikel embarks on his latest project in Atlanta, his commitment remains strong. "I was the first in this boat, and I'll be the last to get out as ITG sails into new horizons," he jests. Join us in celebrating Heikel Lezcano's remarkable journey at ITG, a true illustration of where ambition and integrity can lead. #Leadership #CareerGrowth #ITGCommunications #EmployeeSpotlight #TelecomIndustry

Reflecting on her trajectory, Brittany shares, "I initially began with a range of responsibilities but found my calling in billing. Growing within ITG from a Billing Clerk to where I am now is a journey I look back on with immense pride." Brittany fondly recalls the early days at ITG, "Our first days in an office were spent in camping chairs and makeshift desks. We've certainly come a long way," she reminisces with a smile.
