After serving as a Work-Based Learning Coordinator for the Savannah Chatham County Public School System, Dr. Williams-Lasley took on the role of Early Career Development Manager for the JCB Apprenticeship Program. Since joining JCB in 2023, Dr. Williams-Lasley has mentored around 50 apprentices, guiding them to grow as professionals and leaders. Her dedication to connecting with apprentices and shaping the future of our organization is truly inspiring. Dr. Williams-Lasley’s journey at JCB has taken her to various schools and programs, where she passionately recruits and educates future apprentices. Her commitment to transforming youth into thriving professionals has become her purpose at JCB, and it’s been a cornerstone of her professional growth. She firmly believes that when adults find a career they love and that aligns with their skills, they are more likely to stay and excel. Last month, His Majesty the King received a glimpse of the future at the JCB 80th celebration.
