A fun week back in the swing of things! 🚀 With everyone back from their August vacations and kids back in school, it feels like this has been the week where things really ramp up again with work. This week I led a workshop on "A Practical Approach to Work-Life Balance" at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP, and coaching sessions with the amazing teams at A&O Shearman and Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP. ⚖️💡 🧠 Change can be difficult for the brain to process. It takes more energy than routine activities, making seemingly simple tasks feel overwhelming. Be kind to yourself this month. It is okay to not feel "on" all of the time.

A quick hop over to LA! 🛫 I had a blast presenting for the Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP 2024 Summer Associate Academy last week. I led a session on "Well-Balanced Law Life," where we discussed science-based tools to boost well-being and productivity in the legal profession without burning out. ⚖️ 🚀 Here are some key topics we explored together: • The value of finding meaning in your work, beyond making money.
